Beacon Fundraisers

Are you detailed, organized or enjoy planning events? Do you have a fundraiser idea? Consider coming onboard to organize a Beacon Foundation fundraiser at your base. Fundraiser coordinators are needed at bases around the system to organize base fundraisers for The Beacon Foundation.
By organizing base fundraisers, you will meet fellow Northwest Airlines flight attendants at your base while helping your co-workers in financial need. Participating in fundraisers for The Beacon Foundation is an excellent way to become involved and connect with your co-workers and community. Grab your co-worker friends and organize together! Not only will you create memories, you will raise awareness to those needing financial assistance and make a lasting impact for those in-need.
Coming up with a fundraiser theme doesn't have to be challenging. Successful base fundraisers for The Beacon Foundation have included: garage sales, Pamper Chef parties, bake sales and golf tournaments, with all proceeds donated directly to The Beacon Foundation! Any idea, large or small, can become a successful fundraiser.
Many NWA flight attendants are suffering from serious illnesses or have been involved in a serious injury that prevents them from working. The Beacon Foundation grants financial assistance in order to maintain their dignity by helping to pay for basic items such as: electricity, food and health insurance.
